If you do not have a password, forgotton it or are using a password from last period then you may request a password to access the eReturns system by clicking here.

User not found?
If you have entered an email address and password and have received a message 'User not found' then there may be a number of reasons why, these include:

 You may be using an old password. For security reasons, passwords are reset after each return period on the 1st April and 1st October.
 Your email address on the ABC database differs from the one you entered.
 The password does not match one of the ones issued to you. Passwords are case sensitive.
 A different person is currently listed on the ABC database as being the registered contact.
